Art Basel 2021

“I am the Sun”, a beautiful conversation about bringing light into the lives of others. Not only is it beautiful to the eyes but to the touch too. I recall walking around Versailles Palace and seeing Louis XIV’s sun everywhere. Was he really the sun? If yes, can we be the sun too? This particular yellow is when it is painful to look at the sun. What are the messages behind this work?

“All or Nothing” Mixed media on wood.

This beautiful mostly all Black painting on display at 4141 Design Group in Miami’s historic Design District. They carry some of the most outstanding furniture brands that include Zanota and MDF Italia. This piece is 48”Hx96”W framed in a natural solid wood. The title is “All or Nothing” a theme which has been a constant throughout my life. I put my passion into all aspects of my life or I won’t do it at all. Love the rough texture but the uniform smooth look to the overall piece.
